I am attorney Kim Covington. I have offices in Eugene, Albany and Roseburg, Oregon. I assist families in filing for bankruptcy relief under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the federal Bankruptcy Code.
I am an empathetic person who can understand the pressures that financial strain put on an individual or family. My goal is to help individuals and families file for the proper chapter of bankruptcy relief to receive an Order of Discharge of Debts. I explain the law in a simple, straightforward way and help people understand their rights under the Bankruptcy Code. I charge a reasonable rate for my legal help in bankruptcy cases. I hope that you choose to meet me for a free consultation.
I graduated summa cum laude from Oregon State University, in 1992, with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, and I received my law degree from the University of Oregon in 1998. I clerked at a personal injury law office while in law school.
